Turves Green Boys’ School are yet again celebrating a fantastic set of GCSE results. Our 2024 cohort have certainly embraced the school’s ethos of ‘Success through Endeavour’, with more pupils achieving the top grades of 9-7, more pupils gaining a standard pass in Maths and English of grade 4 and above and an impressive 37% increase in the number of pupils achieving a grade 5 or above in both English and Maths.
Headteacher, Mr Till, said “We are delighted with the achievements of our pupils this year. These results truly reflect the hard work and commitment of our pupils, parents and staff. The vast majority of our pupils will secure their first choice for post-16 studies where I’m sure they will go on to be even more successful in their chosen career path. 2024 has certainly been an incredible year for Turves Green Boys’ School. Following our highly complementary Ofsted inspection in March, these results further represent the hard work and commitment demonstrated by our staff and pupils.”
