On Wednesday 14th December Year 8 visited the University of Birmingham to attend their Christmas lecture. We learnt about the engineering of Christmas presents including 3D printing a Christmas tree, taking 3D photos of Groot using lasers, vacuum formatting to make chocolate moulds and everyone's highlight - met a robot reindeer!
